We strongly believe that your unit should meet your personal needs. We only limit items that can put you or our community’s items in danger. You ARE PERMITTED to store anything from furniture and boxes to cars and documents. You are NOT PERMITTED to store food or food products, flammable objects, tires, hazardous or illegal items.
Your access starts as soon as your lease is signed and is 24/7 with no exceptions due to weather or maintenance from that point. Outside of our office hours, you will be provided a gate code to access your unit around the clock.
We understand that your need for a storage space often is for a temporary situation. We also understand that you do not always know how temporary that may be. Your lease is on a month-to-month basis with no added commitment and no termination date. You can decide when you are done by simply giving us a two week’s notice and ensuring we have your updated address for your security deposit’s safe return to you!
Yes, we require a $20.00 security deposit with your first month’s rent. At the end of your term, just make sure your unit is emptied of all contents and your lock is removed. Don’t worry about sweeping, we will make sure your unit is in top condition for the next person much like it was for you! You will then receive your security deposit back.
In order to get your security deposit back to you in the most timely manner, we do request two week’s notice before you vacate your unit. Contact us with your move out date and make sure your address is up to date. A simple phone call or email will do.
Please allow for up to four weeks to receive your security deposit back. If it has been over four weeks and your unit was completely emptied of all contents and you gave us your updated address, please contact us so we can make sure you do receive your deposit back.
While you do not need a special lock, we do recommend that you use a Chateau disc or insert lock as they are in our experience the highest quality for the price. You will be given the lock best suited for your unit for FREE when you move in.
We accept cash, check, card, auto-billing, and online payments. Our accepted cards are VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
We do use a few different avenues of human and pet-safe pest control. However, we do not enter your unit once you have moved in. In order to keep your items as protected as possible, we do not allow food or food products to be stored in your unit. Scented items such as laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and pet food can also attract pests and should not be stored.
